Posted Stock adjustment journal Reserving the items

Dear Team,
 
After the creation and posting of the stock adjustment journal, the items are showing in reserved status with the same journal number. 
Please refer to the below screen, Can you please suggest how we can remove this reservation?

    We raised a ticket to MS. They suggested, adjusting the quantity in the reservation table through XML code.

    I will give more information about this issue.
     
    The user created one stock adjustment voucher and then added 3 lines with the quantity, after that he deleted the lines.
    later on, he added again same items in new lines and posted the voucher. The deleted line items are reserved with the same voucher as shown in the above screen shot.
     
     
    Checked Scenarios
     
    Any other reservations with any orders: No, there is no other reservations for these items.
     
    Actions: 
     
    I tried to remove the reservation from stock transactions → Stock → Reservation
     
    It shows the below error message for me.
     
    If anyone can help me, it will be highly appreciatable.

    Hi Salih,
     
    When you go to the posted adjustment journal, open the lines. When you select a line and from there you open the Inventory (Lot) transactions, do you then see double transactions as well? Can you tell how the journal entry was done?
