As we have people in office and out in the field, we want us all to be looking at CRM in the same format. As a result, we want our field people to use the Browser version of CRM online (not the app).
However, when doing an Order form or Quote form the + button is missing only on iPads. Laptop and desktop users are fine.
It's missing from a couple of areas on the Dash too, but that's fine, we can work around that. We cannot work around not being able to add a product line to a Quote or Order. tried in Safari and Chrome
Does anyone know why this is happening, or know an alternate way to add product lines? I have to images below showing side-by-side for laptop and iPad. Customer/User details blacked out for their privacy.
