I have a user in my organization who is listed as Contact # 2 - not the primary contact for a customer, the issue is that customer is not showing up in the Outlook 365 contacts for the user, is there a reason why?

Can you check if this is happening for All Contact which is not a primary contact or only specific contact which is not a primary contact is not visible in outlook clinet.
