How do you get a template to pull service tickets in date order?

Hi all,

We have clients that we visit on a regular basis and we would like to produce a one-pager template with some key information including: name, organization size, etc. When we have a support request from them - we manually create a support ticket. This ticket has a name, description, date, and staff member assigned. We have figured out how to make the template show all tickets- but we can't figure out the order in which its printing them. We would like it to print in date order. Thank you for your help!
