I am trying to implement the following steps,https://community.adxstudio.com/products/adxstudio-portals/documentation/configuration-guide/customization-tools/knowledge-base/, to create a functional Knowledge Base Directory on our customer self-service portal. While some parts seem to work as expected, I've run into an issue regarding the knowledge articles. The directions call for the article URL to have a format of {site marker web page URL}/{article number} but our website is currently set up with the following format, https://3DSsupport.microsoftcrmportals.com/knowledgebase/article/{kbnum}. Since there is the 'article' and not just 'knowledgebase', a listing of the articles by subject isn't functioning properly. I think that I will have to change the website format from what it is now to https://3DSsupport.microsoftcrmportals.com/knowledgebase/{kbnum} which may not be possible as we aren't able to really have any downtime of the site.
Is there any other reason why this may not be working correctly?
