Field Service (Dynamics 365) app

So, our delivery drivers are currently testing the newest Field Service (Dynamics 365) app, current version.  The application is recently out of Preview state.

Sometimes users get the error "The end time can't be earlier than the estimated arrival time".

Trying to figure out a way to suppress/hide/ignore this error.  This app is running on Windows/Surface Go's but Windows app is missing Geo location per....Microsoft;( 

Anyone familiar with avoiding this error without changing our Schedule Board usage.  It's possible using the app on an Android or Iphone that Geo location would resolve/update actual location to avoid this error. But, we are using Windows devices.

    OK, found it.  Seems it's currently on a hidden Tab "Field service" of the Bookable Res. Booking Form.  "Unhiding". So we can manually confirm the date/time stamps.  Hopefully do as AntC suggested.

    I went hunting for "msdyn_estimatedarrivaltime" under Resource Requirements and elsewhere, any specifics on where that resides. 

    I did find this, guessing it's part of this configuration.  We currently have a basic email that goes out when Traveling status is set, before below was an option.

    How about setting msdyn_estimatedarrivaltime when the driver sets status to In Progress.

    Thanks Gabriel,

    We are not at a point to replace our windows surface devices with Android.  Hoping MS will fix it soon.  Documentation shows Geo location still missing from Windows app. even after "Preview" removed from the App name Field Service (Dynamics 365).  Current version is 3.22051.11.0

    Your referenced topic/issue "Start Time cant be later than the actual arrival time" is a similar error but not the same.

    Hi Gene.

    It works well on the Android phone. I am not sure if there is a difference between the Windows/Surface.

    Additional details:

    The Booking is in a "Traveling State" and the error happens when attempting to Complete.
