Hi,
I need to create a Power Automate flow to create a card in the assistant in Dynamics when a user is tagged in a post in the Accounts timeline.
What is the best possible way to achieve this?

I am listing all the users added to the system (to get the ID and the fullname of the mentioned user)
Then I use "Apply to each" to loop through the users and check in a condition if the text in the Post contains the fullname and ID of existing user/s
wlcasale I am using a condition to check if the text in the post contains the @ tagging symbol, the full name, and the ID of an existing user in Dynamics.
If the text contains an existing user, then I save its ID in a variable that I later use in the "Create card for assistant V3" action to create a custom assistant card for the mentioned user.
wlcasale I was able to achieve this by setting up a trigger for when a new record (Post) is created. Then I am filtering the text of the post to get the ID of the mentioned user. And at the end, I am using the "Create card for assistant V3" action to create a custom assistant card in Dynamics.
