I have a perfectly working connection between NAV and CRM via "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connection Setup". Everything works fine, but when I sync an invoice from NAV to CRM, the owner in CRM is the sync user and not the sales user stated in the invoice in NAV. The corresponding sales people records are coupled and it works fine for the account and contact - but not for invoice. Does anyone have an idea why? Any hint appreciated - thanks!
