Yes , I did.
It seems that the permission is configured well and the CRM integration user has system administration role.
However, I've tried to find the record in the integration table from Dynamics NAV and it is there.
So I added the system administration role to another user in order to run integration with it and that worked well !!! (note: each change in the integration need a switching between users in CRM Connection Setup Page 5330)
Did you check the permissions of the appropriate CRM user? This will be either the user running this query or the username specified in the NAV table "CRM Connection Setup"--depending on how you have your Advanced Settings setup in that same "CRM Connection Setup" table.
You'll need to check both their permissions in NAV and in CRM, but this sounds like a permissions issue in CRM.
