Add a proyect to a sales invoice

Hi community,

I have defined a project and when I register an expense invoice, via personalization, I can add a column in order to add or link that invoice to the specific project.

However, I can't add the column "project" in the lines of a sales invoice, when I click "personalize", there is no option in order to add a column for a project. I don't know how to relate a sales invoice to a project.

I would appreciate any help on this.

That needs to be done in a page extension.

The reasoning behind it is that a you should create the sales order from the Job card or the Job list.

Inge is correct, adding a job no field here will not function as desired to the job....

The personalisation looks to be header fields. Also if it’s an expense I expect this is meant to be for a purchase. In which case the fields are available at line level to add. Sales invoice wise you create those from the job itself. You can do it at line level from the job planning lines page. You will find a page action for it

if project is in fact a dimension and you want a dedicated field on the header- you will need development
