Thanks for raising this. Can you advise what the error is? Asking as there was a known upgrade issue raised last week for which Product Group are working on a fix. An error example may be:
'There was an error while trying to upgrade Omnichannel. Click on Upgrade to retry. Transaction ID: 9e309ed8-d687-4b04-ae48-85bf7a089186' .
If you can tell me the impacted URL of the environment, I can check if it may be correlated to the known issue?
