Getting Error message Provision Omnichannel for Customer Service

I am receiving an error message stating that the omnichannel app could not be installed. I am trying to instill the omnichannel app in order to utilize this within my customer service hub environment. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this issue?

    Hi Dante Bilmore,

    Thanks for raising this.  Can you advise what the error is?  Asking as there was a known upgrade issue raised last week for which Product Group are working on a fix.  An error example may be: 

    'There was an error while trying to upgrade Omnichannel. Click on Upgrade to retry. Transaction ID: 9e309ed8-d687-4b04-ae48-85bf7a089186' . 

    If you can tell me the impacted URL of the environment, I can check if it may be correlated to the known issue?
