Hello,

Our users don't want to see system records of users on this field of view filter.

All lookup views on the entity "Users" have been configured (Full name does not contain #), but it doesn't work on this filter.

Where I can set this? Could you help me please?

Best regards,

Anna.

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Abdul Wahab,

    Thank you for your answer.

But this setting doesn't work in my view. I need to help with settings like filter on filter in the view.

    Where I should set this?

It is view ot entity, which is lookuped in field or it's some another settings?

    Hello Abdul Wahab,

I am sorry, maybe I didn't explain my request correctly.

This is not answer for my question.

I don't need to filter records on the view.

My question is: how to set filter on the lookup User field on the view?

    Best regards,

    Anna Melnychenko.

    Hi Anna Melnychenko,

Are you looking at the lookup filter similar to the main form for the lookup column on the home/list screen? For that purpose, you need to use filters of the view as I suggested to you.

    Hi Anna,

Unfortunately, we can't customize column Owner Lookup 'Filter By' on the view.

I would recommend you share this suggestion in Ideas.

However, I found that when my organisation enabled the 2022 release wave 2 version, there were no users with # on the list.
