Wanted to learn generative ai related to ms D365, currently my role is ms d365 f&o developer.

Pls suggest some courses trending now a days related to my background from technical perspective.

A lot of AI for Dynamics 365 is covered by a foundational layer of Copilot Studio. To be able to create or extend agents, you should get yourself familiarized with Copilot Studio. Lisa Crosby created a lot of great content learning Copilot Studio and build your own agents. Lisa Crosbie - YouTube

Hi,

You only mentioned your product focus in your question. If you are completely new in generative AI, I would recommend to read blogs from Joris de Gruyter where he explained generative AI and LLMs in a way which is easy to understand. You can start with an introduction blog and continue reading more recent blogs from him.

Also try to use AI yourself with any chatbot, VS code, and/or start using Copilot Studio. If you feel you are ready, then check the out of the box agents and start using AI with the business applications as I mentioned in my first reply.
