How can i fix this maximum number of records in search.

Zulfi,
you need to type and max records and press the Favorites button on the top of the smartlist window and give a name for your smartlist and select visible to either System, Company, User Class or user ID and press Add. Once you do this your smartlist favorite saved and use it at any time.

You have two options. The first is just to modify this specific Favorite, the other is to change the base SmartList such that the default is no longer 1,000,000,000 records. Either of these should get you to where you need to be. All existing Favorites will still hold the larger number, even if you change the SmartList Options at the system level. You will need to change each existing shortcut individually.
