Dynamics SL 7.0FP1, user is on Windows XP sp3
Not a big issue for me right now because I found the work-around, but I recently encountered a strange issue when attempting to print a crystal report from Solomon to a printer that was connected via USB. I received the system msg 7011 with messages "ROI Get RIPARAM failed for CRPERC" and ROI Get RIPARAM failed for CRPEMSGCNT". The knowldege base had potential resolutions for these errors but none of them solved my problem. Only after replacing the USB cable connection to the printer with a Serial Cable connection did the crystal reports actual print.
What I am really curious about is if anyone else has run into this problem and if so is there a hotfix or settings change. I could find nothing in CustomerSource for this issue.
