Hello, It is posible that every user can watch its emails inside of dynamics?
For example if someone send me an email, I will recibe the notification and I can open and read it with out change the application or program?

You can for example configure CRM to Synchronize with an email Server via Server Side Synchronization (technet.microsoft.com/.../dn832121.aspx). Then you can set this configuration as synchronization method to track Outgoing and Incoming Emails.
You can then synchronize all Incoming Emails ( you need to set in CRM - Personal Options - Email - Track All Incoming Email Messages) and the Outgoing ones (as long as they originate from CRM, meaning that you create and send them from CRM).
Please note that you will still need an active mailbox for this to work. CRM does not act like an email server, but rather like a client that can copy the data from to across to a real email server.
