Purchase order quick send attachment report is blank

SL version 7 FP1

My problem is the Purchase Order report attachment is blank, no details appear.
I have a customized report with same report name 04600 stored in this path C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\SL\Applications\Usr_Rpts

So I tested removing the customized file under this directory so the report that will be called will be the original file which is here C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\SL\Applications\PO

I tested sending a quick send report and same the attachment content is blank.

Please assist me!

    Thanks! I checked and temporary directory for the application server is local. I am connected on a remote desktop with MSDynamics SL app installed and printing PO to PDF. The PDF file is empty.

    Is the temporary directory for the application server a local or network path? If network try switching it to a local directory.

    Please also make sure that you are only selecting Print on the ROI.exe screen as selecting Print Preview will not allow the report to be sent to the application server.
