Hey DAniele,

So I tried what you said and it now shows only 2023 total sales on customer list. But is it possible to do this also on a customer card? Even if it shows 2023 total sales on the customer list, when I open the customer card it still show previous years of total sales

Thank you for taking the time to answer my inquiry. I know about the filter and you are talking about the customer list total sales. However, my concern is about (eg. 1 customer total sales includes all the years of that customers' total sales) What I want is to filter that customers sale of year 2023 only. I don't want to see the customers total sales previous year. Thanks

You can talk to your developer and have them add a flowfield that only shows the sales for 2023.

Or you can use the flowfilter and have a field that shows only the sales for the period that match your flowfilter.

that is a flowfield, you should do a development

but if you go to the customer list you can use the filter by total, to get the situation of the period you are interested in

What I'm trying to accomplish here is reset the total sales so that only 2023 will reflect on the total sales. Currently, total sales include 2022.

Hi, As far as I know, this is not possible in standard functions. You need to block the current customer and create a new one.

This is because the posted data cannot be deleted in NAV, unless you customize to clear the data, but this is very dangerous and not recommended.
