Workspace filter blank value filtering to tiles

I have a workspace designed to help manage customer party relationships with workers and vendors:

When selecting a customer it correctly provides an accurate count on each of the tiles.
However, when the selection is blank, it is trying to filter for customer accounts of blank instead of simply counting all records.

Is this standard behavior?  Is there a way to cause the tile to count all records when the filter is blank?

    Hello,

    You can refer to this article to have an idea how it works at standard: https://daxmsdynamics365.wordpress.com/2024/03/06/new-workspace-components-based-on-the-date-range/

    From an architectural perspective, we can find here a brief resume of how the exposition works:
    1. Form: From the form, we can see all the potential records that we can add to our component;
    2. Filter: Before adding the component, we have to set the filter about how to recognize the value that we are interested in;
    3. Components: Add the component to our workspace
    Here are the different kinds of components that we have:

    About the filter option, we can find more details in this article: https://daxmsdynamics365.wordpress.com/2024/04/25/filtering-options/

    Kind regards,

    Thank you for the response.  I found the solution to this.  In your workspace, which should implement 'SysIFilterProvider', you should specify the following in your 'parmFilter()' method:

    SysIFilter filter = SysFilterFactory::createEmptyFilter();

            SysIFilterValue filterValue = SysFilterValueFactory::createFilterValueForString(custAccountFilter.valueStr(), extendedTypeNum(CustAccount));
            if (custAccountFilter.valueStr())
            {
                filter.addItem(filterValue, SysFilterOperator::Equal, SysFilterValueResolutionMethod::None);
            }
            else
            {
                filter.addItem(filterValue, SysFilterOperator::Equal, SysFilterValueResolutionMethod::All);
            }
            return filter;
    The 'All' in the 'addItem' when the filter is blank is what will allow what I'm asking.
