I successfully configure portals in portals admin. While try to open Its was still showing "getting set up". i had checked upto 7hrs. Still not getting any information.

Is the portal now configured? Could you successfully log in to the portal now?

One possible reason is Missing Website Binding. So please check it out.
"A typical Website Binding record will have three fields filled in:
