How to create from "scratch" a knowledge base article in Dynamics Portal?

Hi!

The organization downloaded and installed Dynamics 365 Portal in the primary instance. We want to add an article to the Knowledge Base section of the Portal but there is no documentation of how to create the document.

Here are different links that describe different ways to work with Knowledge Base but does not mention how to create one:
