Hi,
It's strange, you should get all services if you apply the D365 30 day free trial run by work mail. Did you access the Instance from Admin Center > Dynamics 365 like following screenshot?

Hello Dan ,
Seems you have not select all the module at the time of create trial instance ? I would suggest try to create another instance and make sure you choose all the module instead on only sales.
