Hi all,
I've set up a workflow to trigger an email when a opportunity has been lost, the email works fine but it also sends it when we reopen the opportunity and therefore the status isn't "lost" anymore. Any ideas where I have gone wrong..
I've tried setting it up as well where it says does not contain open or won but it still sends the email if i reopen the opportunity.
Any suggestions welcome as I can't work out what I am doing wrong.

You should add stop workflow action inside your If condition where you are checking status does not eq lost

You should put 'send email' action under condition.
But you've now put them at a flat level, so the send email action will be triggered whether the condition is met or not.
