Have you had situations that survey responses are not coming back to VoC at all? I have raised some tickets to Microsoft as well as we have had this situation two times now in short time at the production environment. Reason is not clear at all.
Both times, reconfiguration has helped but the problems are 1) we don't know/ recognize if and when responses stop coming 2) we loose all the customer responses and never know if they replied or not 3) all the surveys have to be copied and old one can't be used. So this has been quite exhausting.
I would like to know do you have really working VoC at the production and also have anyone else have problems with receiving responses to active sent surveys?
