Below is the issue a user is facing since we have had her admin start tracking her Outlook calls/appointments via the CRM plug-in for Outlook.
Debbie, Mariann’s admin, schedules calls/appointments directly on Mariann’s Outlook calendar. Debbie has full owner permissions on Mariann's calendar therefore she does not send Mariann an invite to these calls/appointments. Mariann receives numerous pop-ups indicating the meeting is corrupt and no longer usable (see attached). Does anyone have any idea about this or what could be causing this issue? I believe this is happening for calls/meeting that are scheduled and then rescheduled but I have not been able to confirm that yet. Thank you for any insight you may have.
