We are running GP 2013 R2 with service pack from 2015 Year End Update, Office 2013 Pro Plus from O365, and Adobe Standard XI.
Yesterday, send to mail recipient PDF from GP reports was working as expected.
Last night I updated our Office to the latest version from O365, which is Office 2016 Pro Plus.
This morning, send to mail recipient PDF is not working from GP reports. It just does not open a new email in Outlook.
As a temporary work around, my users are printing to PDF file and then manually attaching to a new email.
Has anyone encountered this yet? If so, please advise on a solution.
