I cannot download AL symbols from Sandbox from WEU tenant

Hi everyone.

I cannot download AL symbols from Sandbox from WEU tenant. I don't understand if is only my problem or it is a generalize problem like 2 days ago in WEU tenant.

this is the error from VSCODE console:

[2021-09-09 12:19:24.42] The request for path /v2.0/SandBox_XYZ/dev/packages?publisher=Microsoft&appName=Application&versionText=18.0.0.0 failed with code InternalServerError. Reason: ForceHandleTrackingEvent failed to acquire a lock.
[2021-09-09 12:19:24.63] Error: An error occured while processing the request.
[2021-09-09 12:19:24.64] The request for path /v2.0/SandBox_XYZ/dev/packages?publisher=Microsoft&appName=System&versionText=1.0.0.0 failed with code InternalServerError. Reason: ForceHandleTrackingEvent failed to acquire a lock.

I have also problem to publish an app.

Is anyone else having same problem?

    I am facing the same issue while downloading symbols in the Business Central On-Prem version,
    Any suggestions for the solution would be helpful.

    Now  I think it works.

    I have tried downloading symbols and posting the extension and it works fine

    We did receive a couple of these issues via support tickets. We believe this to be a transient issue and we have plans to remedy this. If it still is occurring, please file a support request and we will specifically mitigate the issue for your tenant.

    This is not something that you did wrong or should change via configuration. This is something that automatically resolves or we should intervene at our side.
