Hi all,

I am getting an error while editing the customer master data that, " Can not create a record in TaxInformationCustTable_IN table, record already exist, " I found an empty reference record in that table, but we could n't find the reason for creating the empty reference data.

if we delete the empty reference data , error got solved , but its not a permanent solution.

please help us to find solution of this error.

Its created through standarad ax features. manual entry for customer account

Hi,

Have you already checked LCS for an available hotfix?

How is the tax record info created? Through an integration from a third party system or through standard AX features?
