Go to user form. Click manage roles. Remember to assign them only the New created security roles

After you create your security roles.

Remember to add these roles to each user.

    Hi,

You need to create two security roles. Please refer to the documentation:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/security-roles-privileges

First role: enable Create; Read; Write....

    Second role: enable Only Read.

    Good luck

Thanks a lot for the response Gilmeyer Rita

The requirement is, the client has 5 users who use dynamics 365 for sales

He want only 3 users to be able to create, modify, delete record etc..

Whereas he doesn't want the remaining 2 users to modify the lead record

If anybody could please guide on how do i achieve this it will be a great help

    Kindly guide

    Hi

It is not clear what exactly you are trying to achieve.

But I think that Field Security may be the way to achieve it. Please refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/developer/security-dev/use-field-security-control-access-field-values
