scheduling service not connecting

all my client PC's cannot run the scheduling control center.  it was working last thurs and now all company PC's cannot run the scheduler.  we are getting this error message:  "Error occured when trying to connect to the scheduling service...no authority could be contacted for authentication".  I am running GP2010 and have the COSS/ERP manufacturing module.
