I'm trying to access advanced settings as the System Administrator and I'm not seeing all options. Here is a screenshot of what I'm able to see:
What I am expecting to see is something like this with additional settings. Am I doing something wrong?

Is this for an On-Premise or online environment? What happens if you access another organization in the same tenant or deployment? Do other System Administrators have the same issue?
If the main ribbon is not appearing then it nothing to do with the security roles. It might be your cache issue or try it in a different browser.
Please try to clear the cache. if issue still persist then log out and try to login again.
