I have some issues with journal on both the store operations manager and the POS respectively. I can't seem to see receipts/invoices once I click on journal. Nothing shows on the dialog box. I tried using the lookup to track dates of previous sales but nothing happened. No receipt and invoices displaying on the journal window.
Can anybody help me on how to resolve the issue please?

You probably have the electronic receipt storage option turned off. Or it has been deleted.
Open SO Manager and login. Select Database menu -> Registers -> Register List.
Open each register and go to the Printer1 tab and Printer2 tab. Make sure under each tab that "Journal receipts from this printer" is checked.
If that box is not checked then it doesnt store receipts, which saves on database space but also means journal will be empty.
