I'm using Customer Insights - Journeys outbound marketing to send emails. After sending approximately 400 messages in the last , the following warning showed up in Dynamics 365:
You have used up all your email credits for this month. Please purchase more to continue using this service.
Under Settings - Quota Limits it has my quota limit set to zero for both Monthly interaction quota and Marketing contacts (screenshot below). I thought this might reset today (first day of next month), but it hasn't.
I have an active license for /Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners/ that expires on 7 November 2025. I believe that this is a special license for Microsoft Partners. I don't know what the quota for this should be. I can't find an option to purchase additional email credits in M365 Admin.
Any suggestions on what I should do to?
