Hello

Another question

why didn't dynamic make interactions editable?

I know that you have the possibility to complete interaction after but this interaction go to another table and I want to see everything in one table. 

I don't understand this structure of interaction. 

What is your opinion?

    Hi,

    After an interaction is completed it is gone to Interaction Log table.

    What are the fields that you want to make editable. On the Interaction Log you can add its feedback that if its positive or not. Similarly you can add an interaction as opportunity.

    the question is : I write an interaction "I call Bob". The only way to modify again this interaction (for example i forgot to write something, is to delete the interaction and rewrite everything. I know that if you don't complete the interaction you can modify it after, but i never use this function. It could be better to have the possibility to modify interaction whenever you want.
