Using multiple email addresses on one line in an email template

Posted on by 602

We are running online CRM 2016.  I have a process  that includes sending an email to the appropriate Account Owner, Order Owner, and four other individual email addresses.   How do I include the email address for both the Account Owner and the Order Owner on the same line in the Email?

I have the four individual email addresses on the cc line, separated by ";" but I am not able to insert a ; after the Order Owner or Account Owner on the To line.

Thank you in advance!

    RE: Using multiple email addresses on one line in an email template

    I have followed the steps exactly in the Abdul's post, but the email is still only sent to one address.

    My fields in the "TO" line look like this:

    {Owner(Regarding (Account))} {Owner(Regarding (Order))}

    so it seems like it is set up as an AND statement, but it's acting like it's an OR statement.

    Has anyone else experience this? Any suggestions on how to resolve it?

    Thank you!

    Thank you, but I do have it set as {Owner9Regarding (Order))} {Owner(Regarding (Account))} and it only sends to one address.  I thought maybe I needed a ";" between the two addresses.  I see in the article that will create an OR statement, but that leaves me wondering why my addresses are not working.

    Many thanks!
