Hi all,

I have trouble uploading extension on production environment: "There was an internal error validating the tenant, please try again."

And error details: The job for id '93bdebee-5c4d-4a05-af4a-473009048bd2' was not found. - Job Id : 93bdebee-5c4d-4a05-af4a-473009048bd2

Please help me!

We are also getting same error

This error started with version

Version: Platform 14.0.38762.0 + Application 38566 (AU Business Central 14.5)

The same extension uploaded successfully in other versions.

If any one from Microsoft Support Team looking this issue than request you solve it as soon as possible

Our all Australia Clients (having version 14.5) getting same error from last week (after upgrade)

People are loosing trust from product

Why don't you create a Sev-A Support Case Ticket with Microsoft from Admin Center.

Refer the screenshot below.

Great, I think they have either patched your BC Tenant.

If you're interested you can simply ask them.
