I am getting this error when I try to login as sa or any user.

FRx32.OFSIMain.CheckOFSIConnection

-2147217865: [Microsoft][SQL Native Client][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'frl_sys_options'.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Make sure the Data Source Name is correct and the services for the instance is running.

Hi Tom,

Please check the appropriate data source has been pointed in the company information. if its wrong, select the appropriate Data Source Name from the Data Source Name list.

Also System Specific Information Tab is not correct or does not exist in the Frl_Sys_Options table that resides in the FDM Datamart. please check the below link that may help you.
