Second validation for name/Address??

After importing customers with configuration package, it asks me a popup for every customer to accept Name/Address

Why ? And how can i just accept everything or have it to stop asking? I dont want to click Accept 10000+ times cause i have that many customers.

I did try to remove validation on those fields.

If i click Accept All, then it will accept, then after i close, it will popup with another customer again.

Is this a bug or what? If you are importing 10k+ customers like me, it would take days to accept all those validations.

Another way to consider is customization, although this may not be recommended.
