Hi Vinod,
There has recently been some issues identified with the BPF's and most of them are reported to happen post a recent update of Dynamics 365. Have you checked the behavior by going back a stage and then moving to Finish? Do you also get any kind of error message (I believe you might not get one)?
Also, Since the CRM tech support is aware of this issue, you can also get a new service request created so that the support can look into this and identify what exactly is causing this problem on your BPF's and mitigate it accordingly.
