Hi!
I need to give a user Inquiry access only into GP, plus the ability to run ONLY 2 specific Smartlist reports. Is this possible? I first created a role with just INQ. When I try to give Smartlist access, I can only give access to a whole grouping of SmartLists, not individual reports. We are Dynamics GP 2016 and I am logged in as 'sa'.

I would recommend using a custom security task, then in that task, use SmartList for the product, then under that, you should see SmartList Objects and SmartList Objects as the Type and Series, and that should show the list of SmartList reports, both default and custom.
I will add that SmartList Favorites work a bit differently, as they are specified when they are created, as to whether the security should be assigned as System, Company, User ID or User Class, so depending on that setting, will determine what users have access to the Favorite.
Once you have the custom security task setup, I'd create a custom security role for that task, then assign the role to the user(s) as needed.
