Hi All,

I can not find attachment locations for our document management, I found few on SharePoint, but I can't find the rest which are many attachments, I tried to search on OneNote, but couldn't as well.

Anyone have an idea about cloud version attachments ?

    Hello,

Have you tried going into organization management>Document Management>Document Types and then seeing the location for the files you are attaching.

The system comes with some storage capacity on Azure blob storage, but you can choose the storage location per file type

What about your document file type menu, where does it say they are being saved?

I have setup sharepoint and one drive but my documents are stored in azure

I believe to view that database you need to be an admin or have rights to access Azure admin center, from there look for the blob storage included with D365.

    Hi,Mohammed

All the attachments like images and files in D365 cloud version must be saved to Azure blob or client's own SharePoint server.

Because D365FO is Microsoft managed environment, client has no access rights to check attachments in Azure blob directly.

If required, client has to use document entity to download attachments.
