Activities permission in Role centre

I linked a user to permission sets to process sales and purchases, but when they log on I get the below on the role centre for Activities. Can anyone advise what I need to do to show the correct Cues under the Activities? (It is the open sales order cues.

    looks like the permission sets provisioned is not sufficient for the user. you could try to following approaches
    1 add permissions to user as the error indicates
    2 create additional customized permission set using record permissions

    Try to obtain the appropriate permissions using the record permissions functionality. Here is some more information.

    Hi, based on the MS document, after updating user Group or users’ permission sets please run Effective Permissions action to amend users with the new permissions sets of User you selected.
