Hi, I have .net web portal integrated with dynamics 365, it looks like the performance goes down when the hits are over 20 per min. The server has 16 cores CPU, 8GB memory, front /end server. could it be hardware?

Hardware is a possible factor, but check for other areas to improve performance before changing this.
