How can i make the Division code should be mandatory for all the transactions??

Yes Division code is a dimension,we have already setup.But i can see some sales order they can make without Division code.While entry level it should be restricted.
If Division code is a dimension, then you can set it up on account/customer/vendor card as a required dimension to be filled. Refer more here:
