Account Hierarchy Visible but fields not showing

Hi All

I have set 'Hierarchy rule' to Read & Write in security roles for all users but when the users view the Hierarchy the fields do not show. The field only show for System Admins. Any ideas?

I need the fields to show for all users not just Sys Admins.

Hi Wayne there is only one Account Hierarchy form in the system

Are you sure you are both looking at the same cards? you can have multiple cards for hierarchy.

This did not help i read this earlier. The issue is the field labels and values on the Hierarchy form are not visible it must be a security permission.
