Hi Team,
In leave type , under Accrual rules and then General there is an option that says Holiday correction. Can anyone explain what is that and how it works please?
Regards,
Rajbps
Hi Raj,
You can check the MS documentation for this.
docs.microsoft.com/.../hr-leave-and-absence-working-time-calendar
For example, if an employee takes a week holiday (5 days) during which there is one day public holiday (bank holiday), the system will subtract only 4 days from the time off balance.
Does the working time calendar not already prevent time being booked off on days that are marked as closed or are holidays? So does the holiday corrections feature just do what is already being done by the working time calendar, but in a different way? The one sentence in the documentation isn't very clear in how this feature works
Hi Jason,
Jill has mentioned in the Yammer group about the Holiday correction. See below.
The holiday correction feature subtracts only the days marked as holidays in the working calendar from the accrual, not those marked as closed, which typically weekends are.
