Since January, we have run many Customer Journeys and sent many email marketing to our database.
There is something really strange.
The insights shows that 10% of people visit the unsubscribe center once, twice or even 3 times (per campaign)....but they never unsubscribe.
We have tested the emails and the unsubscribe form and it seems to be working, however, we are worried that people do visit the unsubscribe page but don't unsubscribe.
Do anyone know how to fix this? is this a common problem?

Hi Cecilia Meghirditchian,
If the unsubscribe form doesn't have problems working, customer submissions won't be blocked.
I recommend you ask the customer what exactly went wrong during the unsubscribe process.

Here is an example: These 2 people visited the unsuscribe page 2/3 times once they opened the email.
However, they did not submit the unsuscribe form.
We are worried that they might be trying to unsuscribe but the form is blocked for them. could this be possible?
