Since January, we have run many Customer Journeys and sent many email marketing to our database.
There is something really strange.
The insights shows that 10% of people visit the unsubscribe center once, twice or even 3 times (per campaign)....but they never unsubscribe.
We have tested the emails and the unsubscribe form and it seems to be working, however, we are worried that people do visit the unsubscribe page but don't unsubscribe.
Do anyone know how to fix this? is this a common problem?
