Hi Mounir,
If you create a deployable package, you can ship this to your customer, maybe after receiving their payment. The deployable package doesn't have the source code. The last bullet can't be guaranteed. It depends on the type of customizations, future updates from Microsoft and other future changes on the environment.
If you don't ship the source code to the customer, is your organization ensuring the customer will get an update or support if there might be something conflicting in the future?
