Create a view with custom class through computed column

Posted on by

hi,

I've construct a custom class which generally returns the salesId. Now i want to create a view without any datasource attached on it and for showing field can we use a computed column and call our custom class which return salesId. Now add a field and set computed columm on that field.

any suggestion?

Regards,

Zohan

Code of computed classes must generate T-SQL code. If you have X++ code returning a sales ID instead of generating T-SQL code for finding the ID, it can't be used in computed columns.
