RMA Closing Not Working

Hello:

 

This GP 2010 client is unable to get any RMA documents to appear on the RMA Closing window. There are three open RMA documents that appear in the RMA lookup--two of which have the “Ready to Close” status necessary to appear in the RMA Closing window. However, if they select either of these from the lookup or choose “All” on the RMA Closing screen, nothing is displayed.

 

What would prevent RMAs from being selected for closing?
